These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilieo ("jilieo", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jilieo website located at https://jilieo.org, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available through the Platform.

By accessing the jilieo website, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jilieo Platform.

jilieo reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilieo will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of jilieo is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jilieo enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money account activity, including deposits, betting, casino play, lottery participation, and bonus claims.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of another person for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where accessing this Platform would constitute a criminal offence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jilieo employee or contractor involved in Platform operations, game integrity, or odds-setting.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned less any payment processing charges, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.

To participate in real-money games or betting on jilieo, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one jilieo account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the payment method or device used.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilieo login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jilieo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Pakistani mobile number: A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for account registration, two-factor authentication, and withdrawal SMS verification. Numbers registered outside Pakistan are not accepted during standard registration.
• Notify jilieo of unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jilieo support immediately so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

jilieo reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All jilieo player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). Minimum deposit: PKR 200.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measure and is non-negotiable.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Verification before withdrawal: jilieo may require identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held pending resolution.
• No third-party payments: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. jilieo will not process payments to or from third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Transaction fees: jilieo does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile money provider are your responsibility.

jilieo offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Certain promotions cap the amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the promotion terms and is enforced regardless of the balance generated.
• One bonus per player: Promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: jilieo monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotions. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be suspended from future promotions.

jilieo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts prior to the change effective date.

All sports betting, live in-play wagering, casino games, slots, Royal Fishing, and lottery participation on jilieo are governed by the following general rules. Category-specific rules are published separately within each game or sport section of the Platform.

• Bet settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official rules published for the relevant sport or event. For cricket markets, including PSL and Pakistan international fixtures, jilieo uses official scorecards and match results as the basis for settlement.
• Manifest errors: jilieo reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed issue, or human error. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes returned to their account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at jilieo's discretion, particularly where betting patterns indicate professional or syndicate activity.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. jilieo does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability for any event. Once an in-play bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding.
• Casino game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. jilieo does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available on request.
• Jackpot and lottery prizes: Jackpot wins and lottery prize amounts are verified before payment. jilieo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before paying large wins.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilieo Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform, including placing bets or playing casino games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker formats or coordinated betting to exploit promotions.
• Using information obtained through inside sources, data feeds not publicly available, or any form of cheating software to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money, conceal the proceeds of crime, or use jilieo for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent betting limits, self-exclusion restrictions, or verification requirements.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent identity documents.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code, databases, or security systems.

jilieo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge and can be activated immediately from within your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jilieo. A self-exclusion request submitted to support will be actioned within 24 hours. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed upon request within the minimum exclusion period.

All content published on the jilieo Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilieo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jilieo.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content, including game interfaces or betting data compilations.
• Use the jilieo name, logo, or branding in any way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Frame or scrape Platform pages, data feeds, or odds information using any automated or manual means for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of jilieo's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

jilieo collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that document. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration is used to verify your identity, process transactions, deliver customer support, and comply with regulatory obligations.
• jilieo does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence conditions.
• All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilieo's liability to any player in connection with the Platform is limited as follows:

• jilieo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether jilieo has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• jilieo's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arose.
• jilieo is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions, device failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service outages that affect your access to the Platform.
• jilieo does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits jilieo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

jilieo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Minor amendments — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates to reflect regulatory changes — may take effect immediately upon publication.

jilieo may suspend or terminate any player account at any time if:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• jilieo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account.
• The player has provided false registration information.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency requires jilieo to take such action.
• The player has self-excluded or requested account closure.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and anti-money laundering checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jilieo holds its gaming licence. By using the jilieo Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through jilieo's internal complaints process or through the licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
